How the Structure Works
1. You Join the Project as a Class B Investor
You receive a financial stake in the project, not a deed.

You do not have to do any management or decision-making.
2. We (Class A Members) Manage the Entire Project

3. You Get Paid Through a Simple Profit Waterfall
Your earnings are distributed in three steps:
Step 1: Return of your original investment
Paid back to you first.

After preferred returns are paid, the remaining profits are shared between
