Position Overview

We are looking for a Licensed Electrician experienced in residential construction, renovation, and remodels. The ideal candidate must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

You will be responsible for all electrical phases of our renovation projects, including rough-in, upgrades, troubleshooting, and final installations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full electrical installations for renovation and flip projects
  • Rough-in wiring, panels, circuits, and outlets
  • Install lighting, switches, GFCIs, fixtures, and appliances
  • Upgrade or replace electrical panels when required
  • Diagnose and repair electrical issues
  • Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements
  • Communicate progress, needs, and completion updates with the project manager
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements

  • Valid Pennsylvania Electrical License
  • Minimum 3 years of residential electrical experience
  • Strong knowledge of NEC code requirements
  • Own tools and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Professional attitude and communication
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications (Not required)

  • Experience with complete house renovations
  • Experience working with real estate investors
  • Experience with multi-property projects
  • Ability to read construction plans
  • Ability to identify and propose solutions proactively

Sheetrock / Drywall Installer

We are looking for an experienced, reliable Sheetrock/Drywall Installer to join our team for residential renovation and flip-and-fix projects. If you take pride in clean, high-quality work and enjoy working in a professional and positive environment, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities

  • Install, hang, and finish sheetrock/drywall in residential properties
  • Perform taping, mudding, sanding, and repair work
  • Inspect framing and ensure proper measurements and alignment
  • Work efficiently to meet project timelines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Collaborate with other trades on-site

Requirements

  • Proven experience with drywall installation and finishing
  • Ability to deliver smooth, professional finishes (Level 4 or Level 5 a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must have your own tools and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and follow project instructions
  • Must meet deadlines and show professionalism on-site

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in renovations or flip-and-fix homes
  • Ability to handle small framing or patching repairs
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
